Secondly, hes a Professional Angler, having fished a variety of Tournaments up and down the coast. Top Water Trips & Kevin M. are also Licensed & Insured by the Fish & Boat Commission. Additionally, your guide is a Kayaking Instructor, USCG Boat Safety Certified, and backed by years of experience on the water. With expertise in Wading Safety, Water Rescue, Fly Rod & Fly Selection, River Reading, Kayaking, and River-Boating. We have all the on water experience & necessities for a shoot, Top Water & Kevin Moriarty can cover all of these elements. As an Outdoor & On Water Consultant we can handle all of the dangerous elements so you don’t have to.
